Disabled Access

disabled_signBoth the Medical Centre in Taff’s Well and the Castle View Surgery are single storey buildings with access for disabled patients, although due to fire regulations they do have quite a number of doors.

Our reception staff are always ready to assist if requested.

There are toilet facilities for the disabled on both premises and ample level parking.

A wheelchair is available for patient use in Taff’s Well.

We have portable induction loop systems  at both surgeries for the benefit of our deaf patients. Please tell the receptionist or doctor if one is required for your consultation. We have recently introduced a text service for our deaf patients to contact the surgery for routine enquiries during normal surgery opening hours. Please ask at reception if you require the telephone number for this service.
