Registration
We invite all patients wishing to register to attend for a consultation with a practice nurse. This enables us to obtain information about your health until full medical records reach us and to introduce you to our services. You will need to have this consultation before seeing a doctor.
Practice Area
The area covered is as follows:
To the NORTH - Upper Boat including Treforest Trading Estate and the Township of Nantgarw including Tawelfryn, the Castle View Estate and the edge of Caerphilly lying west of St. Cenydd Road.
To the SOUTH the village of Tongwynlais; the practice also takes patients from the village of Morganstown and Radyr (as far as and including Castle View Estate Radyr)
To the WEST the villages of Gwaelod-y-Garth and Pentyrch.
CENTRALLY Taff’s Well including Glan-y-Llyn and Ty Rhiw housing estate. We are prepared to accept patients on outlying farms and homesteads.
Please note that the practice runs from two sites.
The Taff’s Well Medical Centre covers the areas for the SOUTH, WEST and CENTRALLY.
The Castle View Surgery covers the areas for the NORTH.
