PRESCRIPTION REVIEW CLINICAll patients having repeat prescriptions must be reviewed regularly. This includes prescriptions initiated by the hospital and new patients who have been prescribed repeat drugs by a previous GP. It is important to know that the medication is effective, tolerated and has no side effects.
When your prescription slip asks you to make an appointment for prescription review please tell the receptionist the reason for the appointment. You may have to have a blood test a few days before your appointment.
